Ingredients Nutrition
2 x 185g cans tuna in springwater, drained
750g can four bean mix, drained, rinsed
4 tomatoes, deseeded, chopped
2 large celery sticks, trimmed, finely chopped
1 small red onion, halved, thinly sliced
1 cup flat-leaf parsley leaves, chopped
Lemon dressing
1 large lemon, rind finely grated, juiced
1 garlic clove, crushed
1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
1/2 teaspoon caster sugar

Method
Step 1
Flake tuna and place in a large bowl. Add beans, tomato, celery, onion and parsley.
Step 2
Make lemon dressing: Combine lemon rind, 2 tablespoons lemon juice, garlic, oil and sugar in a screw-top jar. Secure lid and shake until well combined.
Step 3
Pour dressing over salad. Season with salt and pepper and stir to combine. Serve.

i would vote favour of the sb 7 because it is more saftey for kids and all people .Because it causes alots of disease like lung cancer,heart attach , stroke,less of breath,and specially lost for money.
more importantly i feel like selfish,

Thank you very much for sending a beautiful photo of your new baby.It's a very cute boy.
I hope he is  happy,safe and successful in his future.And I don't know if you know.
 I'm very busy .Because i started studying on English course for three day
in the week. I'm so tired ,work is every day,study,family.
I plan to study hospitality. after i finish the all English course.I'll see where.
Because can't improve my self without English.Specialy i feel very happy in my current level,
and specialy after i saw some thing diffrenet in my education than before.

But I do not know how did you know about my study?
Actually I decided to complete my study in English language to improve my personal life,
in study, work,friends,and how to understand all pepole.
I 'm very happy in my new tafe.Because i feel how my education is going better than before.
My next plan is to continue my study and complete to get into university.
